Is the Security Prosperity Partnership a Precursor for a North American Union Uniting the USA, Mexico and Canada?

Acts 17:26-28: And He made from one [common origin, one source, one blood] all nations of men to settle on the face of the earth, having definitely determined [their] allotted periods of time and the fixed boundaries of their habitation (their settlements, lands, and abodes), So that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel after Him and find Him, although He is not far from each one of us. For in Him we live and move and have our being; as even some of your [own] poets have said, for we are also His offspring.
I am continually amazed at how informed people are when it comes to non-issues, like stories about Michael Vick, Brittney Spears, Kobe Bryant wanting to be traded from the LA Lakers, and the World Series. But in regards to serious issues that concern the well-being of our nation, people tend to have a glazed over, glassy-eyed, deer stunned in the headlights look on their faces. The EU, Pan-African Union, Mediterranean Union, Pan-Asian Union or a North American Union (also known as NAU, Security and Prosperity Partnership or SPP) is the regionalization of nations? What do you mean? Or you may see the Chicken little-type Christians on the other end of the spectrum who think that some world ruler is going to emerge and put a microchip in everyone’s forehead or right hand at any given time. It’s sad that we have reduced ourselves to a society of entertainment and/or fanaticism, and the only form of quasi-credible news that most people absorb are talking points on the news headlines. These are talking points parrots, whatever Rush Limbaugh, Tavis Smiley or Sean Hannity says is what everyone else repeats and follows. The listeners have very little discernment and in most cases, they don’t know the entire story. But since a fancy guy is in a nice suit on television saying something, then it is assumed that he/she knows what is right.
The recent Quebec Security and Prosperity Partnership Summit held at Montebello, Quebec drew attention to a proposed merger of the U.S., Mexico and Canada. The event, attended by President George Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mexico's President Felipe Calderon drew hundreds opposed to the plan. The United States of America as you know it is not going to exist if our elected officials continue to have their way. Folks, I have compiled the information for you. I have done the research and the homework for you. All I ask is that you review it, check behind me, and make a decision about this issue. You can no longer afford to sit on the sidelines. YOU MUST GET INVOLVED!!!!!!!!!!! You are going to read quotes and articles by some important people who desire an NAU or SPP, which is a merging of nations (USA, Mexico and Canada), military, currency, social security systems, roads, etc. As you can see in the above mentioned Scripture (Acts 17:26), God did not intend for us to have a borderless world. Merging three neighboring countries will eventually destroy more of America’s good paying jobs. Don’t take my word for it, because the people who are implementing this agenda don’t work a 9-5 job like you. They are wealthy and can live off of their many investments. This is a different breed of people who have another agenda in mind whether you and I agree with it or not. Let’s review the information, get informed and make a sound decision so that we can act. Fair enough?
March 28, 2005: Rafael Fernandez de Castro and Rosanna Fuentes Berain, editors of the CFR’s Foreign Affairs en Español, urge the SPP to work toward a “true North American Union.” “[The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America should be] working toward an eventual goal of a true North American union.” (“Hands Across North America,” New York Times, March 28, 2005)

Former Mexican President Vicente Fox told Larry King Live that he and President Bush had agreed to "create a new regional currency in the Americas." (See the story here)
On page 101, Fox writes:

(Author’s thought: Why are we not hearing much about this? We hear about terrorism and terrorist behavior everyday on the news, but merging our nation with two weaker nations barely makes the news. Something is wrong here. Yes, there is a government website about it, but it is full of buzz words and political dribble. But don’t worry folks, BG Street is here to filter through all of the politics and give you the “real deal.”
Analysts have theorized that a coming dollar collapse will set the stage for creating the “Amero” as a North American currency to replace the dollar. This may also explain why nothing is substantively and conveniently being done to secure the US borders from illegal immigration. Just a thought.)
Robert Pastor also wishes to see the creation of a North American Parliamentary Group to make sure the U.S. Congress does not impede progress in the envisioned North American Union. In 2005, he also said, “The best way to secure the United States is not at our borders with Mexico and Canada but at the borders of North America as a whole.” This goal, he said, “we hope to accomplish by 2010.”
(Author’s thought: Congress makes the laws for this nation, not the President or any other group, agency or council [foreign or domestic]. Article I, Section 8, of the US Constitution states that Congress shall have the power "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations." Congress may not abdicate or transfer to others these Constitutional powers. In addition, "Trade Promotion Authority," which transfers the establishment of trade policy from Congress to the Executive branch of government is Unconstitutional, as well.
International trade agreements generally sound wonderful on the surface, but in reality they serve to benefit the transnational corporations, and such agreements are diminishing America's economic self-sufficiency and are continuing the upward trajectory of exporting higher paying jobs. This outsourcing impoverishes American families, undermines American communities, and diminishes America's capacity for economic self-reliance. I am not embracing an isolationist’s view, but I am embracing the ideology that we should take care of America first, and then we can help our friends.)
CNN’s Lou Dobbs touched a nerve with the American public when he declared, “The Bush administration’s open-borders policy and its decision to ignore the enforcement of this country’s immigration laws is part of a broader agenda. President Bush signed a formal agreement that will end the United States as we know it, and he took the step without approval from either the U.S. Congress or the people of the United States.”
In short, the SPP agenda would merge the three countries inside a common “security perimeter,” essentially erasing our current national borders. The SPP’s designers commend the European Union’s open migration policy and advise that we likewise merge our customs, immigration, and border enforcement agencies with those of Canada and Mexico to facilitate the flow of peoples and goods. They also propose a North American passport. These and other measures aimed at continuing political and economic integration of our three countries, they say, will enhance our security and prosperity.

Leading SPP advocates publicly deny that their integration plans will bring about a centralized EU-style government that will override national, state, and local governance. Privately, however, in their speeches and writings, they acknowledge that this is precisely what they are constructing.
March 23, 2005: President Bush refers to the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America as a “union.”“As to what kind of union might there be, I see one based upon free trade, that would then entail commitment to markets and democracy, transparency, rule of law.” (President George W. Bush, press conference at SPP launch, March 23, 2005)

March 14, 2005: The Council on Foreign Relations’ Independent Task Force on the Future of North America proposes the creation of a North American community to enhance security and prosperity for all North Americans. “When the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States meet in Texas on March 23, they will be representing countries whose futures are shared as never before.... The ever-deepening integration of North America promises enormous benefits for its citizens....We propose the creation by 2010 of a community to enhance security, prosperity, and opportunity for all North Americans....The boundaries of the community would be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter. Within this area, the movement of people and products would be legal, orderly, and safe.” (Creating a North American Community, CFR Task Force Report, March 14, 2005)
October 15, 2004: Richard N. Haass, president of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), launches a task force to study the extent of North American integration
after 10 years of NAFTA. “The Council has launched an independent task force on the future of North America to examine regional integration since the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement ten years ago.” (CFR News Release, October 15, 2004)

It's not about transportation . . . It's about revenue.

“The NAC [a new ‘North American Commission’] should develop an integrated continental plan for transportation and infrastructure that includes new North American highways and high-speed rail corridors.” American University Professor Robert Pastor, a key architect of what critics have dubbed the “North American Union,” included this recommendation in his January/February 2004 Foreign Affairs article entitled, “North America’s Second Decade,” a reference to the second decade after NAFTA.
“The ultimate goal is not simply a superhighway, but an integrated North American Union — complete with a currency, a cross-national bureaucracy, and virtually borderless travel within the Union.... It sounds like a recipe for transnational socialism and the further destruction of the U.S. economy. Terrorists surely dream of a borderless North America, where they can move freely from country to country unmolested.... We must demand that American sovereignty be protected.” Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) offered this assessment of the planned NAFTA trade corridors via video to the Coalition to Block the North American Union’s August 20, 2007 news conference in Ottawa, Canada.
“I think the Bush administration has a master plan to erase all borders and to have a super-government in North America. There’s talk about mega-ports down in Mexico and superhighway toll roads built with foreign money right into the heart of America.... I am convinced that the plan to create a North American Union is what is going on.... I believe
the Mexican truck demonstration is part of it.” Teamsters president James P. Hoffa told WorldNetDaily that the push to give Mexican trucks access to our highways is part of a larger plan.
Are We Close To Becoming Another EU? Compare These Facts
The European Union (EU) began as a Coal and Steel Free Trade Agreement in 1951.
The NAU began as NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement in 1994.
Then the EU morphed into the European Economic Community (EEC).
Before the U.S. Congress, CFR member Dr. Robert Pastor calls for a North American Community.
Once the EEC became established, it then morphed into the Common Market.
Now that NAFTA is established, it has morphed into the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP).
Britain joined the so called 'Common Market' in January, 1973 which then morphed into the European Union (EU).
The Security and Prosperity Partnership, begun in March 2005, is morphing into the North American Union (NAU).
The EU already has a single currency called the Euro.
The plan is for our single currency to be called the Amero.

The United States must "act for ourselves and not for others." FAREWELL ADDRESS (1796) George Washington

Steps are Being Made to Quietly Merge Our Nations Together
Social Security billions could go to Mexicans
Critics say benefits would lure illegals to U.S. while giving employers marginal help
The TREA Senior Citizens League said the document reveals what was expected, a huge threat to the future of Social Security, because any Mexican worker who has as little as 18 months of employment history in the United States could end up qualifying for some Social Security retirement benefits.
Military 'crosses into America 216 times during past 9 years'
The Canadian defense minister says Canada and the United States are close to an agreement that would allow American and Canadian soldiers to cross each other's borders in the event of a terrorist attack.
"I Would Fire Upon U.S. Citizens..."
The RESISTER has confirmed that US Navy SEAL platoons, including SEAL Team Six, Marine combat veterans stationed at Twenty-Nine Palms, CA, and Marine basic trainees at Camp Pendelton, CA, have been administered a questionnaire asking, among other things, if they would "...fire upon US citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the US government."
Now this is totally a travesty for the USA. Our own military has no concept of law or history. What is the Second of the Constitution all about? The right to bear arms is what allowed those brave souls who traveled from the Old World to the New World to sever their ties from tyrannical British rule. Gun confiscation/banning helped Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, Stalin and other despots in World History. Don’t be a mental slave, folks. Learn history, get educated and do the right thing. Any soldier (and his commanding superiors) who fires upon US citizens who stand upon their Constitutional rights should have a serious penalty to pay, with no leniency. They are training us; rather, they are dumbbing much of the population down. It’s a very sad thing!!!!!!!
(Author’s conclusion: A North American Union is not good for America. Americans and Canadians who know about it don’t want it, yet Mexico does want it. Why is that? Think about it in natural terms, America is 90% strong, Canada is 60% strong, and Mexico is 30% strong. If the merger of these three nations takes place then everyone will be 60%. Understand? America’s strengths get watered down with Canadian and Mexican weaknesses. Canada probably evens out with pluses and minuses, but Mexico gets the best deal, because they can’t go anywhere but up. America continues to lose job to low labor countries, and we continue to transition from a production nation to a service economy, i.e., selling goods and services rather than producing them. We have fallen from a mighty long way since the Industrial Revolution. Wake up, folks. The concept of losing national sovereignty isn’t that hard to grasp. This is very serious! The country that we are living in today is looking down the barrel of a gun unless you get informed, get involved, and stand for the truth.)
