Headlines to Ponder During the Holidays

1. Senior Citizen Fined for Feeding the Birds

http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/17720475/detail.html

I thought this was a joke. Surely no cop or politician is too dumb to execute or to enforce this ridiculous law. But, we do live in a wonderland full of stupidity, mindless morons on megalomaniacal power trips and control. Welcome to the land of the sheep and the home of the slave!

3. The speed trap set by your neighbor - police recruit residents in road safety war

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1088718/The-speed-trap-set-neighbour--%20police-recruit-residents-road-safety-war.html

Neighborhood watches are fine, but it should be neighborhood cooperation and there should be a genuine and friendly relationship between the cops (public servants) and the people. For example, look at the relationships between the cops and the people on television shows like: Sanford and Son; the Andy Griffith Show; and What’s Happening. Everyone worked together, and it wasn’t an "us vs. them type situation." In history, Hitler used a twisted version of this type of relationship with the Nazi youth brigades, the brown shirts and the tattletale squads. We don’t want or need this, but there are some in seats of power who would want us to act like little spies on each other for there own nefarious purposes. People need to wake up and if I am wrong, let’s err on the side of caution.

3. Debate on the Existence of Plunge Protection Team

http://www.ritholtz.com/blog/2008/11/debate-on-the-existence-of-plunge-protection-team/

If you think outside of the corporate box and consider an alternative, you are absurd. You are vilified and coerced to stay on the establishment plantation of non-thought. It’s funny, these pundits never prove that the claims are untrue. They only say that the claims are silly, wrong or conspiratorial. Try doing that in a court of law!

4. No comment from Germany on Kosovo spy report

http://www.wiredispatch.com/news/?id=463166

Germany declined to comment on on Saturday on reports that three Germans arrested on suspicion of throwing explosives at an EU office in Kosovo were intelligence officers.

This is another example of government involvement in terrorism. I wonder if there are any other examples in history that confirm government involvement in terrorist acts.

5. Government bailout hits $8.5 trillion

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2008/11/26/MNVN14C8QR.DTL

The federal government committed an additional $800 billion to two new loan programs on Tuesday, bringing its cumulative commitment to financial rescue initiatives to a staggering $8.5 trillion, according to Bloomberg News.

See how they sold it? They said pass this $700 Billion bill NOW!!!!!!! Now it’s up to $8 Trillion and rising. It’s kind of like the war: Bush asked for $87 Billion and now the war is well over a trillion dollars. Sales 101, I guess.

6. Horrific quotes:

“The older dictators fell because they could never supply their subjects with enough bread, enough circuses, enough miracles, and mysteries. Under a scientific dictatorship, education will really work, with the result that most men and women will grow up to love their servitude and will never dream of revolution. There seems to be no good reason why a thoroughly scientific dictatorship should ever be overthrown.” -- Huxley, Brave New World Revisited

"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution."
- Aldous Huxley, Tavistock Group, California Medical School, 1961

Back in 1965, the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW) sponsored a study to define how they were going to get to where they were then in 1965 to where we are now in the 21st century. They came out with a report in 1969 called ‘The Behavioral Science Teacher Educational Program’ that’s now fully integrated within our educational program. It said:

“Calculations of the future and how to modify it are no longer considered to be an obscure academic pursuit. Long range planning and implementation of plans will be made by a technological scientific elite. This will strain the democratic fabric to the ripping point. The Protestant ethic will of atrophy as more and more enjoyed a very leisured and guaranteed sustenance. Work as a means and an end of living will diminish.

Most people will tend to be hedonistic, and a dominant elite will provide the bread and circuses to keep social dissension and disruption at a minimum. A small elite will carry societies burdens. The resulting impersonal manipulation of most peoples lifestyles will be softened by provision for pleasure seeking and guaranteed physical necessities. The controlling elite will engage in power plays, largely without the involvement of most of the people. The Society will be a leisurely one. People will study, play and travel. Some will be in various stages of drug induced experiences. Each individual will receive at birth, a multi-purpose identification, which will have amongst other things extensive communications and control uses. Each individual will be saturated with ideas of information. Each will be self selected, other kinds will be imposed, overtly by those who assumed the responsibility for the others actions. Relatively few individuals will be able to maintain control over their opinions. .” Most will be pawns of competing opinion molders

7. GM crops 'to be grown in secret'

Trials could also be conducted away from the public in the Government's Porton Down military research site in Salisbury, Wiltshire, it is claimed. There are currently no GM food trials underway in the country and the more than 50 that have been conducted since 2000 have been affected by vandalism.

These people are determined to give the people what they DON’T want. But will the people fight back is the question?

8. Albuquerque police want ad: We need snitches

An ad this week in the alternative newspaper The Alibi asks "people who hang out with crooks" to do part-time work for the police. It reads in part: "Make some extra cash! Drug use and criminal record OK."

Interesting, this is what the Stasi in Nazi Germany did, as well.

9. Citizen Soldiers May Need More Training On Homeland Operations, Defense Secretary Say: Military Examines Role In Domestic Defense

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/11/25/national/main4631564.shtml?tag=topHome%3btopStories

Why does he feel that we are going to have some incidents occur that will require a merger of police and military? What scenario does he see coming that is so bad? Tell me, so that I can prepare. People should ask “Why?” Research “Posse Comitatus!” There is an agenda here that they are not openly discussing with the average people.

10. Social services ’set up CCTV camera in couple’s bedroom’

Council staff are said to have spied on the young parents at night as part of a plan to see if they were fit to look after their baby, who was sleeping in another room. The mother and father were forced to cite the Human Rights Act, which protects the right to a private life, before the social services team backed down and agreed to switch off the surveillance camera while they were in bed together.

So now the government decides who is a good parent according to their own subjective standards? The Government wants to put a camera in your bedroom? Come on folks, wake up!!!

11. A near-riot and parliament besieged: Iceland boiling mad at credit crunch

THOUSANDS of Icelanders have demonstrated in Reykjavik to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Geir Haarde and Central Bank governor David Oddsson, for failing to stop the country's financial meltdown.

Good for the people who are willing to stand up. Will Americans stand up if things get bad enough here? Stay tuned…….

12. THE BIGGEST SCAM IN HISTORY

Just in case you didn't know the Federal Reserve is a private company of bankers with twelve branch banks that confiscate our money and they have been doing this for almost a hundred years,--- this time! They are not part of the United States Government. Yet today they collect hundreds of billions of dollars from American taxpayers every year.

Pay attention now, you're about to read about the biggest and most successful scam in History.

13. Pfizer Implicated in Human Drug Experimentation on Critically Ill Children in Nigeria

Did Pfizer recruit critical ill Nigerian children for illegal drug experiments? That’s what the Nigerian government is charging in an $8.5 billion lawsuit against the drug maker. To avoid a court battle, Pfizer is offering to pay off the Nigerian government with $150 million in drug money, hoping it will drop the case and end what could potentially be a public relations nightmare for the drug maker.

14. 54 year old woman tasered at football game

http://www.wkowtv.com/Global/story.asp?S=9412105

Here is another example of more idiot cops throwing their weight around. Hopefully, people will get tired of this and realize that we don’t live in Russia or Nazi Germany. I believe that these cops will have to give an account to God for this foolishness

15. The REAL story behind Thanksgiving; pilgrims practicing communism / socialism STARVED until they changed to capitalism!

The failure of Soviet communism was only the latest demonstration that freedom and property rights, not sharing, are essential to prosperity. The earliest European settlers in America had a dramatic demonstration of that lesson, but few people today know it.

When the Pilgrims first settled the Plymouth Colony, they organized their farm economy along communal lines. The goal was to share everything equally, work and produce.

They nearly all starved.

Why? When people can get the same return with a small amount of effort as with a large amount, most people will make little effort.
