Is Hillary Clinton a Sound Choice for President? Biblically Speaking or Otherwise.

As I write this article, my stomach gets queasy with all of the political candidate worship that I see. Whether it is on the Republican side or the Democratic side, my heart is saddened. I am reminded of the movie “The Island.” Those unsuspecting clones were taught to be good, obedient little drones, and they were told "if you’re lucky, maybe you’ll go to this exotic island forever." What a euphoric feeling for these unfortunates, who were subjected to nothing more than a 2nd or 3rd grade education and no experience of the outside world. Their lives were a lie, and all of their hope was based upon a lie. Seemingly, that’s what I see in all of these gung-ho political groupies. People who plaster themselves with Hillary stickers, buttons, shirts, hats and other apparel are more times than not, just Fox News, or NPR talking points listeners. Fox News you say? Yes, good ole Rupert Murdoch loves Hillary. But isn’t Fox News the Republican-leaning news outlet? Don’t make me laugh! Republicans and Democrats are as different as a car and an automobile. I seriously doubt 85% of the voting population has a working knowledge of history, politics, and law. If they did they wouldn’t be so quick to follow a candidate without carefully scrutinizing their voting record, belief system and credentials. This doesn’t mean that uninformed people shouldn’t be allowed to vote, but an informed voter is always the best voter. Is Hillary a bunch of hype or is she the best choice for America?

Carpetbagging (someone presumptuously seeking success or a position in a new locality) is a term that comes to mind when I think of a former First Lady (from the south) pretending to care about the people of New York. All the while, I remember so-called conspiracy kooks during the 1992 Presidential election that they planned to run Hillary for President. I remember thinking about that while I was in college and saying, “You weirdos, go fly a kite.” Actually, I said something a little harsher than that, but you get the picture. All the while, the thought was ignored; in the 21st century she becomes a US Senator denying any intentions for a Presidential bid. And then magically, one day she announces that she wants to run for President. Well, she’s free to run, but we don’t have to vote for her. Too often I see senseless debates about whether America is progressive enough for a female President or not? I say that a better question is can America afford to keep electing Socialist candidates into office? Oooops! Did I say that? Well Read the following ten items, think about America, think about Hillary Clinton’s platform, get in a quiet corner, and scream. Here it is:

10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto
  1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
  2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
  3. Abolition of all right of inheritance.
  4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
  5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
  6. Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
  7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
  8. Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
  9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
  10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, &c., &c.[3]

All of this stuff comes straight from Karl Marx's book. Does any of it look familiar to you? It should. According to the Communist Manifesto, all these were prior conditions for a transition from capitalism to communism. Interesting, huh? She supports this stuff. Isn’t that wonderful (author sarcasm)? Well let’s look at Hillary’s voting record. Shall we?

Hillary Clinton is a Hard-Core Liberal; just like Barack Obama.

Since Hillary and Barack are very similar, in that, they both support anti-Biblical and anti-Constitutional positions, I won’t belabor this article anymore and I’ll just put the conclusion from the Barack article here. I don’t really give credence to the left-right name calling. The labels are actually misnomers that are used to confuse you. As George Wallace once said: "There isn't a dimes worth of difference in either party." Don’t get caught up in the polarized (to divide into sharply opposing factions, political groups) debate. It’s a red herring (something intended to divert attention from the real problem or matter at hand; a misleading clue.)! Vote on principle, not labels or party affiliation. But for the sake of many people being accustomed to voting labels:

  • A "hard-core libertarian" would answer both personal and economic questions to minimize government involvement.

  • A "hard-core liberal" would answer personal questions to minimize government involvement, but would answer economic questions to include government intervention.

  • A "hard-core conservative" would answer personal questions to include government intervention, but would answer economic questions to minimize government involvement.

  • A "hard-core populist" would answer both personal and economic questions with proposals that include government intervention.
"Socialism needs two legs on which to stand; a right (Republican) and a left (Democrat). While appearing to be in complete opposition to one another, they both march in the same direction."-- Paul Proctor

Now go back and Follow this hyperlink and re-read my unbiased article about the political issues, not the candidates. Again I ask you according to principle: Is Hillary Clinton a sound Biblical and Constitutional choice for President? Let me help you folks, NO SHE IS NOT!!!!!!!! Live well!
